3 Simple steps to find your new home:
One: Start a chat with our bot through Telegram. We’ll ask a few questions to understand what you’re looking for, what you can afford and when you’d like to move. You'll need a Telegram account.
Two: As soon as a property that matches your search comes online, we’ll send you a message. Let us know if you’re interested or not. If you like it, we’ll contact the landlord and try to set up a viewing.
Three: If the viewing goes well and you’d like to move in, you’ll sign a contract with the landlord directly.

How much does it cost? HelpRenter is a free and non-commercial service. There is no charge.
What kind of places can I find? We'll find every apartment in Berlin that fits your preferences and budget. That includes everything from short-term rentals to state housing co-ops.
How exactly does it work?We'll ask some questions to understand what kind of place your looking for. Then any time we find a new property that matches your search, we'll send you a message. If you like it, we'll message the landlord and set up a viewing. Want more detail? Watch this video.
Do I need a Schufa? Sharing a clean Schufa report will make it easier to find a Landlord willing to rent to you. It's helpful but not mandatory.
How long does it take?: This depends on your preferences, budget and availability. Start a chat to get a specific estimate.
Can I get an anmeldung? Yes. If you're renting legally in Berlin your landlord must support your anmeldung. We only work with legal landlords.
